Shepherds of Silence (EP Arrangement)

We came to the church for help, asked you to stand that day. We needed you beside us. You pushed us away. We asked for intervention; you offered us a phrase. Called silence wisdom, dressed retreat in grace. Listening without action is permission wearing grace; A shepherd has a duty that a title can't replace. Polish every pulpit, keep your Sunday voices sweet— Heaven hears the breaking that you will not stop to meet. We will not let rejection have the final word. We will not call it shepherding when cries go unheard. The church belongs to Jesus; you don't own His name. We will not hide the truth to keep your image safe. You knew. You knew. Now the buried truth comes through. When shepherds fail to protect, God calls the shepherds too. We came to you for help. You pushed us away. Jesus, You are still our Shepherd. We stand in Your truth today. Mercy without justice is a shelter for the lie. A shepherd who won't guard the sheep just watches them die. Kept the public image standing while the warnings climbed, Then called the cost of waiting part of God's own time. If it mattered at the ending, it mattered at the start; Delay is a decision when someone's life is torn apart. Read the whole record, not the smoothest story told. A sanctuary without courage is cowardice dressed in gold. Don't preach forgiveness just to make the questions cease. Don't call the room united when rejection buys the peace. No title outranks justice. No pulpit buries proof. We will not trade the wounded for a polished version of truth. Do not demand repentance from the ones who came to you. Do not turn away from what the truth requires of you. No more holy hesitation. No more shelter for their lies. No more watching from the pulpit as the hurting pass you by. We won't surrender Jesus to the ones who turned away. His mercy calls for courage. We will answer Him today. Knowledge creates duty. Hearing carries weight. Neutrality serves the violence Every time the shepherds wait. We came to you for help. You pushed us away. WE WILL NOT CALL THAT GRACE. Father, keep our witness true. Let conviction break through pride. Do not let us turn away When the next ones come inside. Do not let our anger teach Our hands to close like theirs. Make us people who will stand, Who put action to our prayers. You knew. You knew. Now the buried truth comes through. When shepherds fail to protect, God calls the shepherds too. We came to you for help. You pushed us away. Jesus, You are still our Shepherd. We stand in Your truth today. No title outranks justice. No pulpit buries proof. Mercy that refuses action Leaves the wounded as the truth. Our faith belongs to Jesus. Our silence ends today. Lord, make us faithful where they failed.
